2. Who the website is for

The website provides information about our independent advisory services on Oracle contracts, licensing and technology decisions. It is intended for companies and professionals acting in the course of their business. It does not contain an offer of services to consumers.

If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. No advice and no client relationship

The content of the website is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or licensing advice for your particular situation, and it should not be relied on as such.

Using the website, reading its content or sending an inquiry does not create a client or professional relationship with RedTech Experts. Our services, their scope, fees and conditions are governed exclusively by the engagement agreement signed with each client. Please also read our Disclaimer.

Please do not send confidential contract documents or sensitive personal data through the contact form. We handle inquiries with discretion, but the form is not intended for confidential material. Liability in connection with our advisory services is governed exclusively by the corresponding engagement agreement.

If you use the website in breach of these terms or of the law, you agree to hold RedTech Experts harmless from the claims of third parties and the reasonable costs that result directly from that breach, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data collected through the website, including through the contact form.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its date and version number, is the one that applies. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from them or from the use of the website will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, except where applicable law establishes a mandatory jurisdiction.

16. General provisions

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of it.

These terms are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. In case of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
