Oracle Contract Negotiation

The Price Is OnlyPart of the Deal.

Better Oracle agreements require the right commercial structure, stronger contract terms and enough flexibility for what comes next.

We help enterprise clients prepare, position and negotiate with Oracle across renewals, new purchases, ULA/PULA, support, OCI, SaaS, Java and strategic agreements.

What a stronger agreement delivers

  • Lower Total Cost

    Better terms. Measurable savings.

  • Stronger Contracts

    More flexibility and reduced risk.

  • Greater Control

    Rights, compliance and governance.

  • Long-Term Value

    Beyond the initial deal.

What we evaluate

More than just a lower price.

We evaluate the full economics and structure of the agreement: pricing, scope, licensing rights, support, cloud commitments, contractual protections, future growth and renewal implications.

A strong Oracle agreement must work commercially, contractually and operationally — not just on the day it is signed.

Every negotiation covers

  • Commercial structure and total contract economics
  • Product and service scope
  • License rights and restrictions
  • Support and renewal economics
  • Cloud commitments and consumption assumptions
  • Ramp, growth and future demand
  • Contractual flexibility and protections
  • Entity, territory and deployment considerations
  • Renewal, expansion and exit implications

Engagement models

Our Success Is Tied to Yours.

For qualifying negotiations, we can work on a success-fee basis linked to additional measurable savings against an agreed baseline. Fixed-fee engagements are also available. The commercial model and measurement methodology are agreed before work begins.

Clear baseline. Measurable results. Aligned interests.

Compare engagement models

Success Fee

Qualifying negotiation and renewal engagements

  • We agree a baseline with you before the success-fee work begins.
  • The baseline is a realistic, documented commercial starting point for a comparable scope.
  • We work to improve the economic outcome from that baseline.
  • The fee is calculated on the additional verified savings, using the methodology agreed in advance.
  • If no additional measurable savings are generated against the baseline, no success fee is due.

Fixed Fee

Cost certainty, or outcomes beyond savings

For clients that prefer cost certainty, or for engagements where savings are not the primary measurable outcome, we agree a fixed fee based on scope and complexity.

  • Scope and fee agreed in advance
  • Same senior team and methodology
  • Suited to complex or non-price objectives
