1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data described in this policy is [RAZÓN SOCIAL], operating under the name RedTech Experts (“RedTech Experts”, “we”, “us”), tax ID (CUIT) [CUIT], with registered address at [DOMICILIO LEGAL], City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
For any question or request about your personal data, write to contact@redtechexperts.com. We may set up a dedicated data protection address in the future; if we do, we will publish it here, and messages sent to the address above will still be handled.
For people in Brazil, our data protection officer (encarregado) is [ENCARREGADO], who can be reached at the same address (see section 13).
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal data processed through the website redtechexperts.com in all its language versions, including the contact form and the emails we exchange as a result of an inquiry.
It does not cover the processing of data within a client engagement. That processing is governed by the engagement agreement and any data processing terms agreed with each client.
The website and our services are aimed at companies and professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
3. Personal data we collect
Data you provide through the contact form
- Required: full name, company, business email address, country and the topic of your inquiry.
- Optional: an upcoming renewal or decision date, and a free-text message.
- Consent: a record that you ticked the consent box, with the date and time of submission, the language of the page and the page from which you sent the form.
The required fields are needed to understand and answer your inquiry. If you do not complete them, or do not tick the consent box, the form cannot be sent; you can still write to us directly by email. Inaccurate information may prevent us from responding properly.
Please do not include sensitive data (for example, data about health, beliefs or political opinions) or confidential contract documents in the form. If detailed documentation is needed later, we can agree on a non-disclosure agreement and a suitable channel before you share it.
Data generated when you use the website
- Security and anti-abuse data: your IP address and basic technical information about the request (such as browser type and time of the request) are processed transiently to limit the number of submissions, detect automated traffic and protect the form. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection (see section 11).
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser information) to operate and secure the service.
- Aggregated analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors (see section 11).
Data from our correspondence
If we reply to your inquiry, we keep the emails exchanged, including any information you choose to share with us.
We do not buy personal data from third parties and we do not combine your data with information from other sources to build profiles.
4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answer your inquiry and communicate with you about it | Your consent, given through the form, and the steps you request before a possible contract |
| Assess whether and how we can help, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one | Pre-contractual steps taken at your request |
| Protect the website and the form against spam, bots and abuse | Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure |
| Understand, in aggregate, how the website is used in order to improve it | Our legitimate interest; the data is aggregated and does not identify you |
| Comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims | Legal obligation and legitimate interest |
We do not use your data to send newsletters or marketing emails, we do not add you to mailing lists, we do not make unsolicited calls, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
If we ever wish to use your data for a new purpose, we will inform you beforehand and, where required, ask for your consent.
5. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions (processors), to the extent necessary for the purposes described above:
| Provider | Service | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting, form processing, server logs and cookieless analytics | United States |
| Resend | Delivery of the emails generated by the contact form | United States |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) | Business email and mailbox | United States |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Domain name system (DNS) and bot protection (Turnstile) | United States |
These providers may use their own sub-processors and data centres in other countries, under their contractual commitments.
We may also disclose personal data to our professional advisers (for example, lawyers or accountants) under a duty of confidentiality, to a successor in the event of a corporate reorganization, or to public authorities and courts when required by law.
6. International transfers
The providers listed above store and process data in the United States. The Argentine data protection authority does not consider the United States to provide an adequate level of protection (Disposición DNPDP 60-E/2016), and Brazil has not recognized it as adequate either.
We therefore rely on:
- your express consent to the transfer, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form (article 12 of Decreto 1558/2001 and equivalent rules); and
- the contractual safeguards our providers offer, such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us for more information about these safeguards by writing to the contact address in section 1.
7. How long we keep your data
- Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which we delete them or anonymize them.
- Inquiries that lead to an engagement: for the duration of the business relationship and, after it ends, for the periods required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Security data: IP addresses used for rate limiting and bot protection are processed transiently and are not kept with your inquiry; hosting logs are retained for limited periods under the provider’s policies.
- Analytics: only aggregated data, which does not identify you.
We may keep data for longer only where the law requires it or while a request or claim is pending.
8. How we protect your data
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access limited to the people who need the data to handle your inquiry, accounts protected with strong authentication, and reputable providers bound by security and confidentiality obligations.
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will act promptly and notify you and the competent authorities where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and obtain information about how it is processed;
- rectify or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete your data, or ask us to block or anonymize it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- receive your data in a portable format, and obtain information about the parties with whom we share it; and
- file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
How to exercise your rights. Send an email to contact@redtechexperts.com with the subject “Data protection request”, stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you for information to verify your identity, or that of your representative, before acting on the request. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
Response times. We answer within the time limits of the law that applies to you. Under Argentine law, we answer access requests within 10 calendar days and requests for rectification, update or deletion within 5 business days. The specific periods for other countries are listed in section 13.
Deleting your data or withdrawing your consent means we will no longer be able to continue the conversation about your inquiry. We may refuse or limit a request where the law allows it, for example when we must keep data to comply with a legal obligation; in that case we will explain why.
10. Complaints to the authority (Argentina)
You can contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority. In Argentina, the following legend applies:
Official text (Resolución AAIP 14/2018): “LA AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley N° 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales.”
English translation, for information: The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.
The holder of the data may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to do so earlier is shown (article 14, paragraph 3, of Law No. 25,326).
11. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising cookies, social media pixels or cross-site tracking. For that reason we do not show a cookie banner: the only technologies we use are strictly necessary or do not store anything on your device to identify you.
Language preference
If you choose a language using the language selector, your browser stores that choice in its local storage under the key rte-lang, so the website opens in the same language next time. It contains only the language code (for example “en”), is not sent to us, and remains until you clear your browser’s site data. Nothing is stored if you do not choose a language.
Cookieless analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited. It does not use cookies or similar identifiers stored on your device. It records information such as the page visited, the referring page, approximate location (country or region), browser, operating system and device type, and groups requests using a temporary identifier that is discarded within 24 hours. We cannot use it to identify you.
Bot protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile assesses technical signals from your browser and the request, such as your IP address, solely for this security purpose. We use it because it does not rely on advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; it may use strictly necessary technical storage to work.
Changes
If we ever add cookies or tools that are not strictly necessary (for example, marketing pixels), we will ask for your consent before activating them and will update this section. You can also delete stored data at any time from your browser settings.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law, in our providers or in how the website works. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and version number. If the changes are significant, we will highlight them on the website and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
13. Country-specific information
The rules in this section supplement the rest of the policy for people located in the countries listed. In case of conflict, the rule that is more protective for you prevails.
